Weapons
Basic Effects: The weapon deals an additional 1d6 Lightning damage on successful hits, and the target must make a Power Defensive Test against the Runesmith's Caster TN, which if failed, they gain the Stunned (1) Condition.
Tier II Effects: Increase to 2d6 Lightning damage and Stunned (2).
Tier III Effects: Increase to 3d6 Lightning damage and Stunned (2).
Armor and Shields
Basic Effects: Grants Resistance to Lightning Damage.
Tier II Effects: Creatures that attempt to strike you melee take 1d6 lightning damage.
Tier III Effects: Grants immunity to Lightning Damage.
