Effect

Basic Effects: The ship blinks, suddenly reappearing faster than anyone's mind or body can process. There is no sensation, no nothing. Where once you were in open water, or perhaps fleeing, taking on water, from beast or vessels of war, you are now in the harbor, a mere seven or eight hundred feet from docks, in a predetermined area of arrival for such ships, a place and section of water buoyed and chained off so traffic approaching conventionally do not disrupt any of the transports. Sails still up, the ship is swiftly moving towards an edge, where one of the chains opens, the magick all tied together by the First Captain's will.

Manifestation

The seal cracks, the carved image seeming to peel away from the drop of the captains blood, the treasure flickering and fading. The water around the vessel suddenly surges, whipping and lashing, but then it is gone, an eyeblink, no more, and when you blink, your surroundings have changed drastically, and are very familiar.
