The Tempest's Rallying Call

Effect

Basic Effects: Any creature you deem an ally in range that can hear is inspired by your rallying cry, the strength and power of the tempest roiling through them with divine fury. For the duration any attacks they make deal 2d6 extra lightning damage, they gain a +20 feet movement speed and may take a single extra action on their turns. They may only use this action to attempt an Attack, Object Interaction, Use Item, Use Consumable, Hide, or Movement type actions (so no Spell-weaving or Praying).

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: Max duration becomes 2 rounds

Tier III Effects: Radius increases to 45 feet.

Manifestation

As her thunderous call to rally washes over you all, you feel inspired, you feel the power and fury of the tempest crackling within each and every one of you all.
