Effect

Basic Effects: You and your allies, if you spend any Vitality Dice, get to recover an extra +1 wound per die spent. You also remove 1 instance of any condition besides the Injured Condition. Furthermore everyone gains +1 to their initiative should it need to be rolled, for the next 3 hours after the Regroup ends.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You all recover +2 wounds per vitality die spent, you may all remove up to 2 instances of any condition (or singular instances of two different conditions), excluding the Injured Condition. Furthermore everyone gains +2 to their initiative should it need to be rolled, for the next 3 hours.

Tier III Effects: +3 wounds recovered per vitality die spent, you may remove 3 conditions, excluding Injured Conditions. +3 to initiative, should you need to roll it, for next three hours.

Manifestation

As the prayers of your priest companion wash over you all, you feel great power creeping through you. The energy, the soft embrace of the Lady of the Leaves is refreshing, mending and confidence inspiring even. As you go about your tasks, everyone breaking out some dry rations, a bit of water, some bandages and bindings perhaps, you do feel far less sore than you'd expect going about these tasks.
