Basic Effects: Whilst the target is attempting to weave a spell-form, you need to roll a Persona Defensive Test against their Caster Target. Should you succeed, your ruckus and thunderous voice reciting scriptures and prayers throws the target's attempt to Spell-weave off. You lower the Tier of the spell-form by 1. Should this move the result to 0, the spell-form counts as failed the the caster suffers a minor miscast event.
