Sun-Spear

The sun does cleanse, the sun does burn. Allow it now to be wielded by me in turn. For vile darkness is all around, and a light in the dark needs to be found. Gift me now a touch of the Solari wrath. Allow me to illuminate a path.

Offering of the Sun-Spear

Effect

Basic Effects: The spear slams into the target(s) you declare in range, and they need to attempt a Toughness Defensive Test. Should they fail, they take 1d8 fire and 1d8 radiant damage, and are stricken by the Blinded (1) and Ablaze conditions. Should they succeed, they take half damage and are stricken with none of the conditions.

Firestorm: If the target is already Ablaze, they take double fire damage

Void-Bane: If the target is a Voidling, they are rolling the Defensive Test against the Momentum and both types of damage are now measured in d12s.

Corruption-Seeking: If the the target undead or otherwise of the accursed or afflicted sub-type, this spell-form deals maximum damage.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You get to launch two spears.

Tier III Effects: You get to launch three spears.

Manifestation

As you finish calling forth your prayers, right hand raised, as if gripping a haft of something not present, a radiant shape flickering with golden orange flames begins to form. Made of light and fire, it weighs nothing, yet everything, its balance perfect, its heft, true. You whip your arm forwards towards your target, and this spear of radiance and fire shrieks through the sky towards your intended foe.
