Basic Effects: Playing a swift tempo tune, exerting your ego through a breakneck and blazing pace performance, the world around you and your chosen targets to your perception almost seems to slow down. You all gain +30 feet of speed, you have the Momentum on all Agility Defense Tests and Agility based Skill Tests, and you all gain use of an extra action each round (so you get 4 not the normal 3) for the duration.

Tier II Effects: You may target up to 2 other willing creatures along with yourself.

Tier III Effects: You may target up to 3 other willing creatures along with yourself.
