Taldor's Disarming Display
A simple dance of a sort, one impulsive, unthreatening, and yet quite compelling.

Perform TN 12, Tier II; 17, Tier III; 22
Performance Time: 2 actions
Duration: Instant
Range: 30 feet
Target: Up to two creatures of your choice within range who can see you.
Base Effects: Seeming unthreatening, perhaps even throwing your hands up over your head as if in a form of surrender, your ego pushes unto your chosen targets. They must make a Persona Defense Test. If they fail, they drop any weapons they are holding, disarming themselves, compelled to by a force they aren't wholly able to percieve. Should they succeed, they still sheath or stow their weapons, inexplicably so to their minds. This obviously has little to no effect on someone who fights unarmed or creatures that utilize parts of their anatomy as natural weapons.
Tier II Effects: You can target up to four creatures in range.
Tier III Effects: You can target up to six creatures in range.
