Uisce's Invulnerable Bubble

This spell-form is a strange and ultimate form of protective magick, though it does limit what a magister can do to use it on themselves.

Effect

Basic Effects: Weaving the flows of Uisce in a complex fashion, finding dozens, if not hundreds of unique paths of less resistance to guide the various currents along, you create something wholly different and unique around your target. A bubble encases them, seeming as if calm glass to the individual inside, but as if almost wild white water rapids to those outside. This bubble envelopes the individual, becomes almost part of them. It encompasses five feet. No magick can penetrate this bubble in either direction. Ranged attacks of any kind cannot penetrate it from either direction as well. Melee attacks can work, but are against the Momentum, and all damage is counted as being subject to resistance. Furthermore, anyone attempting to melee attack the person in the bubble will take 3d6 cold damage from the attempt.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: You may target two willing creatures in range.

Tier III Effects: You may target three willing creatures in range.

Manifestation

So rare is this spell-form's use, that no real references to its usage are documented.
