Base Effects: Utilizing this enactment is quite starkly different from most enactments, which are very wilful and personal and also showy. This is merely an individual rambling off to themselves about any little possible relevant thing they can imagine. Whilst this performance is in effect, you may attempt any Lore skill check you wish over and over, once per a minute. Even if you fail, which would normally bar you from trying again for a day. Each subsequent check gains a +1 to its roll as you just pull out bits and pieces of random tangential information that slowly begins to help.
