Effect

Basic Effects: You can speak to animals or plants for the duration. Speaking to a plant does require physical contact to establish the empathic connection required.

Side/Secondary Effects

Tier II Effects: Duration can be up to 2 hours.

Tier III Effects: Duration can be up to 3 hours.

Manifestation

As you finish praying, you begin to notice it immediately, though it is subtle, like whispers at the edge of your hearing. Sounds of birds and insects in the distance and all about you suddenly take on this more...defined quality. There are more identifiable changes in tempo, pitch, and even the sound itself. It almost seems...speech like. A smile slips onto your face, for that is exactly what it is.
