Goblin Cursespitter

One of the goblins the party came across was adorned in a patchwork leather robe, with a necklace made of bone, and bearing a staff. It seemed to the be the leader of the small group they first encountered, and spoke gruff Common as well.
Like most goblins, it was short, green, and lithe with long arms. However, this goblin was capable of casting spells, something you weren't aware was possible, but that made them all the more dangerous. It also seemed especially hardy, as the group hit it with an arrow and a spell, and yet it remained alive.
