Philan
Philan is a dragonborn covered in metallic blue scales. Although you picture dragons and even dragonborn as having tails, he has none. But despite his peculiar appearance, he communicates clearly in the common tongue. He wears simple robes and carries a quarterstaff. He is quick to make decisions. In combat, he eschews swords and shields, and instead relies on his impressive agility and speed to strike with his staff, hands, and feet. As part of his draconic heritage, he can even shoot a blast of lightning from his mouth, much like an actual dragon would.
