Óxans
The óxans1 are a tribe of humans inhabiting eastern Keþía in the Lakú Mountains, especially around the village of Terva.
They are by far the most pastoral people of the kingdom, moving up and down the mountains to tend their flocks of sheep and cattle depending on the season, and in turn produce much of Keþía's woolen cloth and delicious cheese. While their smiths are not as celebrated as those of the Skoldans, many óxans wear belts adorned with a distinctive metal disk and plaques, both for decoration and to ward off evil.
