Padel's Ranch
Padel's ranch is a region of farmland and pastures that stretches from the Bitterguard Mountains to the edges of Whistlewind Valley. Its people are a tough folk, accustomed to goblin raids from the surrounding Itchfoot Mountains, as well as frequent storms from Whistlewind Valley itself.
Though they are under the rule of Countess Bamdius of Trolsandr, the druid's rule is minimal. Aside from a relatively low tax, the Countess passes few regulations. Those regulations she does pass deal almost exclusively with the responsible tending of the land's livestock and crops.
