Breeze
A gentle breeze. No mechanical effect, but can dispurse clouds of fog and similar after 1d4 rounds.
Wind
Relatively strong winds. Disperses fog and similar in 1 round.
Gust
Strong winds. Disperses fog immediately, and Ranged Attacks have Disadvantage.
Typhoon
Dangerously strong winds. Disperses fog immediately, Ranged Attacks have Disadvantage and cannot have Advantage. All terrain is difficult terrain, even if you would normally ignore difficult terrain. Creatures smaller than Medium must succeed an Exertion Check at the start of each of their turns or be blown away unless they have something to hold onto.
Extreme Winds
Unbelievably powerful winds, likely the result of an angry god. Creatures smaller than Huge must succeed an Exertion Check to avoid being blown away. Large creatures have Advantage on this. Ranged attacks are impossible. Each foot of movement takes 5ft of movement against the wind, or carries you 60ft in that direction with the wind. Perception Checks have Disadvantage.
