The Crimson Phoenix

These soldiers also seem willing to enter this state whenever they are in danger of being captured, as if a switch was flipped.
These soldiers also are not afraid of Death. This makes them extremely dangerous. I've heard stories of these soldiers just straight up exploding killing my men. We have to put our petty squabbles behind us and see that the real threat is this Crimson Phoenix."

The Crimson Phoenix are a cutthroat pirate organization that blasted its way onto the main stage nearly 20 years ago. They did this, by burning down Vhana, the Capital of Stability within the Veilnum Archipelago. From then, they then loomed over the Archipelago as the other orders crumbled and had to adapt to this new threat. They strike randomly, but it's always up in the air as to how the faction works. No one has managed to make it out of the Crimson Phoenix or alive.
To most outsiders looking in, the Crimson Phoenix is extremely exotic and foreign. Their traditions, to those that witness them firsthand are extremely jarring. Most of their soldiers look soulless but are somehow content with being in the Phoenix. Also jarring, most of the soldiers within the Crimson Phoenix have next to no magical capabilities, but they are still able to manipulate Fire?

Structure

The Lord of Fire rules all. Other than that, the 7 Cinderknights each operate their own varying fleet of ships with soldiers within them. The 7 Cinderknights within the Crimson Phoenix (in order of best relation to the Lord of Fire):

• Gunnar Surtrson (M Fire Giant) Left the Crimson Phoenix after an agreement with Nishi.
• Apollo Rivarda (M Half-Elf) Killed in an Cinder Trial against Nishi.
• Gabralla Lavaarm (F Azer) Defected from the Crimson Phoenix.
• Cynders (F Fire Genasi) Killed in Shalerock by Gabralla.
• Tyrami (M, Aarakocran)
• Sanvia (F, Fallen Aasimar) Killed in a Cinder Trial against Aliyah and absorbed.
• Darrien Toscarra "Cyclops" (M Human)

New Cinderknights:

• Nishi (M Half-Orc)

The 7 Cinderknights are seen as the Lord of Fire's visionaries. Each Cinderknight can rule their Armada as they like. For example, those under the lead of Gabralla go under an excrutiating torture in order to make the soldiers more disciplined and better at being able to take pain. But other Cinderknights, like Spotts, just exclusively raid ships and their soldiers act more like pirates than disciplined soldiers.

Titles within the Crimson Phoenix

• Tier 1: Newborne - 1 Renown
• Tier 2: Kindling - 10 Renown
• Tier 3: Blaze - 50 Renown
• Tier 4: Lavawalkers - 100 Renown
• Tier 5: Cinderknights - 100 Renown (Those that are closest with the Lord of Fire. Soldiers with these ranks are allowed to have their own Armada of soldiers.)
• Tier 6: The Lord of Fire - 9999 Renown (The leader of the Crimson Phoenix. This title cannot be given to anyone else.)

Public Agenda

The Agenda of the Crimson Phoenix is unknown to the public. Most people don't know why the Crimson Phoenix attack the areas that they do, but interestingly enough, when they strike some areas, rather than taking the money of the settlement, they just take the kids of that area. This makes people in the Golden Guns or the Inquisition speculate that they might be indoctrinating kids into the order?

Assets

The Crimson Phoenix are insanely rich. Being the ones who sacked Vhana, they probably gained enough money from that raid alone that they don't need to worry about monetary issues. Under their control, the Crimson Phoenix are mainly stationed within the Heart of Adalla, a Volcano that is said to have magical properties. Besides the Heart of Adalla, the Crimson Phoenix have a handful of outposts in the Veilnum. To the Crimson Phoenix, the Heart of Adalla is all they need.
Other than sparse outposts, the Crimson Phoenix have hundreds of ships. Outfitted with cannons that can dispense Greek Fire and massive steel hulled ships, courtesy of the Fire Giants in the Heart of Adalla. This makes their navy one of the fiercest to fight on the seas, even stronger than the Brutish Kingdom all the way in the Veilnum.
