Ubo'Tao (Ooh-boe-towe) (a.k.a. The Scaled One)

Ubo'Tao, also known as The Scaled One, is the Patron Diety of the Scaledkin (Dragons, Kobolds, Yuan-Ti, Lizardfolk dragonborns, and anything with a Draconic heritage) and the God of the Elements. Also known as the Old Arcane, he has this nickname due to being the one that passed forward the secrets of Primal Arcana to the primitive Humans of the Beforetime (The Era before the Era of Opulence). This knowledge was only held true by the Dragons of Aedir, as they were seen as the Sages of Ubo'Tao and were the only ones worthy of his knowledge. However, Ubo'Tao didn't believe in gatekeeping his knowledge and opened the humanoids of Aedir to the infinite source of magic that is Primal Arcana. "When the world ceases, the last thing that will perish is the Primal Arcane"
Ubo'Tao would advocate for his scaledkin sticking together through thick and thin. At this point the Lizardfolk and the Yuan-Ti's rivalry was beginning to formulate, but through Ubo'Tao's sheer power alone, the two ceased any hostilities. However, this peaceful union wouldn't last as the Uprising War diminished any chance of this peace working between the many different Scaledkin. The Lizardfolk and the Yuan-Ti defected from the side of the Solar Pantheon and joined the Twisted Pantheon, guided by Yeenoghu and Tiamat and allured them with power and an insatiable hunger. The Kobolds and the Yuan-Ti stuck with the Solar Pantheon to protect the endangered Dragon populace and out of spite for the Lizardfolk respectively. 
And now with the Solar Barrier shattered, Ubo'Tao now hopes to unify his people and takes his rightful spot on top of the Throne of the Draconic Union as the Scaled Emperor.

Divine Goals

Ubo'Tao's goal is very bizarre to those that are not one of the scaledkin specifically. They believe it's bizarre because his main goal is to carry out the revival of the Dragons. The Dragons were wiped during and after the Uprising Wars took place. This is because the Scaledkin fractured during the Uprising Wars, with the Lizardfolk and the Dragonborn worked with Yeenoghu and Ubo'Tao's brother, Tiamat respectively. The Kobolds and Yuan-Ti on the other hand sided with their creator and aided the Dragons and kept their survival. Now how does this relate to the near extinction of the dragons? Well, the fiends originally began the sport of dragon hunting as a form of power against the Solar Pantheon during the Uprising Wars. After the Uprising Wars were concluded, Humanoid thrill seekers, hearing of exploits of old dragon-slayers would take up the task to hunt down dragons, continuing the sport and driving them to near extinction. Most Dragons have evolved tactics to overcome this, like hiding their scents and shifting into a humanoid form themselves. Ubo'Tao has commanded that the scaled-kin protect their Dragon allies, but due to the Solar Barrier, his prayers and eventual demands went unanswered. The only ones who actually listened were the chaotic little Kobolds, who cling onto the last vestiges of the Dragon strongholds, holding out for their Creator to send them to salvation.
