Vol'Shiar, the Astral Voice

Blue Precursor Dragon and one of the five Lords of the Cycle. She governs the wizard and sorceror magics of Arcana, and commands the Blue Dragonflight.

Personality

Vol’Shiar is a combination of all her reborn heralds, across time and space. The newest herald (in this case, Polaris Te'Laetheriel) is the most dominant.
Vol'Shiar is exceptionally data-driven, interested in cataloging the new world of Aedrus like an entry in a massive world-spanning encyclopedia.

Present Day

Vol'Shiar's consorts each lead a School, comprised of the blue dragonborn.
Based in Kesh, the Blue Dragonflight quickly allied with the Keshian Empire. The Kingdom of Andor became more wary and distrustful of wizards and sorcerers as a result, placing more emphasis on clerics and the old gods.
