Mael is a succubus born of true love, which makes her extremely powerful. She was born in the 9 Hells and captured by the Zumren family shortly after arriving on the material plane.
While held by the Zumren family ahe was forced to help thrir children learn to control their powers, often through acts of extreme negative emotion, like killing or hurting an individual. During her time with themshe met and fell in love with Ink Heist. After escaping from Cindurria with his immediate family, Ink returned to free Mael from the Zumrens.
They eventually made their way to Alnerwick where Mael opted to kerp a more elven appearance. They have a total of eight children.
