The War of the Mascyrian and Akragan leagues, this conflict would have enormous significance to Mykran culture as a literary story with a wide array of characters and themes which would later have an influence on the Rasenna after their conquest of Mykra.

The Sacred War was a conflict between two sides that encompassed all of the cities of Archaic Mykra. The conflict began after the murder of the Akragan prince Skiron by the Mascyrian king Kaneas. Via the vast personal and familial connections between the various city-states of Mykra, the war would see the entirety of Mykra pick a side and fight in a decades-long conflict which ended with the fiery sack of Mascyra.
