Scrutan Order

The Scrutan Order was a vast, underground network devoted to Zarthilx. While their means and methods varied greatly, their ultimate goal, annually, was to complete a mass sacrifice that would extend Zarthilx's hold on the corpse he inhabited by an additional year.
