Messenio Tacitus was the ruler of Arcanopia from 287 to 307 AE, tasked of keeping the colony under obedience to the Artalgnian Empire. He died together with his rule by the hands of Lady Amice Lionhart of The Resistance. Not much else is known about him, as the records are lacking.
