Closely related to the star anise tree, the illicianis is a medicinal plant known to be used for Healing Potions, as its natural and magical properties can make the brew quite potent. Still, it is its presence in the potion that makes drinking too many of them quite dangerous, and the seeds contain a few toxins.

Capable of storing Light aether, added to its natural properties, the illicianis is able to help treating many kinds of wounds and illnesses. For this reason, its seeds are used as an integral part of the healing potion, a common brew to treat most kinds of afflictions.

But in high doses, there are several reactions that the illlianis seeds can cause in one's organism. Its neurotoxins can cause seizures, hallucinations, and inflammation in multiple organs.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

The illicianis tree is native to eastern Asia, but it was brought to Europa centuries ago. Since its seeds can be used in the healing potion, its cultivation has become widespread through many countries around the continent, and it became a common find in rural areas.
