Hawkcliff officially joins the kingdom of Archana.

Despite Hawkcliff being able to hold its own against Artalgne during the entirety of Archana's colonization, they did lose quite a few of their own, more than they should have. For this reason, when King Charles came to discuss a treaty of unification so they could help each other in times of crisis, Hawkcliff eventually succumbed to his arguments, and was officially joined to the kingdom.
