Melway (River)

The Melway is the longest river on Aer spanning from the north of Vielates and wrapping all the way over to the Melates . The river itself runs off of the Viway and feeds off of several other mountain water sources, and smaller rivers.

Geography

The Melway river is primarly runoff from the Viway great lake, it is also mostly constituted of fresh water. The river also filters through three basins: Azer-Vi-Melway, __, and the Melat-Palatway before dissipating into the ocean. These basins, and the Melway itself inhale water from several smaller rivers running from both the highland outcropping, and the numerous small mountain chains near to them. There are also a few resultant flood plains that come about during the lunar equinox (super high tide) which historical anthropologists claim to have resulted in a number of proto civilizations.
