The Royal Fortified City of Inora
When the party reawaken from their captivity, they find themselves in the Inora, being taken towards Inora Tower. They soon learn that they’re being taken to see the High King of Zarafell. Once in his throne room, they explain their story and Cara is revealed here to be the heir to the Arvalis and the throne of Frewen as princess. This is when the story receives some good exposition on the Arvalis, King Frewen’s plan for world domination with Artesia, and the importance of her getting to Silverspire. After this, the High King orders a personal escort (Triss) through the western mountains (needs better name). Once this is over, the party is free to roam the city of Inora until they are offered a cart ride to the foot of the mountains.
Government
Inora is the royal city where the High King of Zarafell resides. Inora Tower serves as his palace and reaches high into the sky.
Defences
As a fortified city, Inora has a strong military presence. Along the walls are stationed watchmen at all times. In every tower along the wall there are soldiers awaiting orders. At every gate there are soldiers to admit or refuse entry to every and any traveler, merchant, or messenger. Throughout the city there are barracks where Zaran military are stationed and they can often be seen patrolling the streets.
Industry & Trade
Aside from its biggest export of rock and stone, Inora is most known for it's precious gemstones found in Mt. Nora. Sapphires, rubies, emeralds and topaz are found here and sold to the wealthy.
Architecture
Inora Tower is located in the capital city of Inora in the northern province of Norfell at the foot of a lone mountain called Mt. Nora. This walled city is home to the High King of Zarafell and has a very strong military presence. The city of Inora is expansive and is built with a heavy use of stone and metal. Every street is paved and most of the buildings are comprised of stone. Inora wouldn’t be called the most beautiful city, as most would call it rather dreary and dull. However, Inora Tower is something of a spectacle to see. The tower is comprised of a mix of grey, black, and white stone and reaches high into the sky. If I could compare it to something both in height and in style, think along the lines of Orthanc from the Lord of the Rings movies, except much taller.
Geography
The City of Inora is built at the foot a Mt. Nora, a lone mountain in the northern province of Norfell. The mountain lies to the north end of the city and Inora Tower is built into the mountainside, stretching high into the sky. Surrounding the city is rocky farmland, ideal for raising goats and for digging quarries. a long creek runs from the glaciers on the mountain down through the city and waters the surrounding farmlands.

all kinds of rocks and minerals from the mountain and surrounding rocky countryside, and meat from goat herders.
