Astoria

Astoria is an Earth Dwarf city with a unique situation. While the main city is underground, much like other Earth Dwarf cities, the upper city is run by non-Dwarves, mostly Humans, Goliaths, and some Gnomes. Faring a bit better than Voldurok, Astoria maintains its connection with Stonebridge and interacts with the other races of the area due to its non-Dwarf presence in the upper city.
Durzok Brace Brickback is the leader of the true Dwarf city, as well as the mines that are keeping Astoria relevant, but Mayor Cade Thorngage runs the face of Astoria in the upper town.
