Happy Heart Traveling Troupe

The Happy Heart Traveling Troupe is a band of Halflings from Meadowspring who travel the Vale of Lutien looking to lighten the spirits (and sometimes the pockets) of the people therein.  They have become quite popular of late and there are many who are denied entrance into the joyful troupe.
