Obscurtata
The Hollow’s Point secret police are known as the Obscurtata and they have a few hidden gathering places scattered throughout the city. They operate as cells and are extremely good at hiding in plain sight. The success of the Obscurtata has allowed merchants and citizens to conduct their business in relative safety, considering the huge swell of people that flow in and out of the city.
