Whitefeather Convocation

The Whitefeather Convocation is a gathering of Giant Eagles  that lay claim to many of the tors and aeries of the northern steppes.  The Tor Top Watchtowers are more properly a series of ruined watchtowers and guard posts now, but the Whitefeather Convocation has laid claim to the highest tower.  Nests and aeries are in the other towers but there are those that say they are haunted by the ghosts of the guards that once served in that lost kingdom. 
   Led by Whitefeather, these Giant Eagles have been known to take horses, mules, goats, sheep, cows, or even Goblins away to feed their families.  The leadership of Whitefeather has never been questioned and no disharmony exists within the Eagles’ convocation.  The same cannot be said for the ones who have their property or lives taken from them by the will of the Eagles.  Whitefeather has made it clear that the death of any eagle by the hands of those who live within the Steppes will be avenged with swift and harsh retribution.  He has proven to be true to his word in the past.
