Trovanshire

Set a the northern most edge of the border of Rathmeyer and Floren, Trovanshire is a quaint village of mining and farming. The river Veers has a decent dock, but the most notable of all features of the town is the large stone windmill. The Mill helps grind down stones that are mined from the Gesh mountains to the west. The Stones are sent down the river to Floren City. Trovanshire has one major inn, the Golden Horn headed by a Tiefling inkeeper named Lessie.
There is also a legend of a powerful individual that lives near Trovanshire, a sage called "The Weaver" who can help weave new fates for those who seek refuge or a new beginning. People come from all over Drayth to seek a new start.
