During the Struggle for the Sea, the city witnessed three shifts in ownership, enduring a period under the rule of the Council of Ephyr and the Nepheli Sulth Alliance for a total sum of more than three years. Eventually, the Alarians successfully recaptured the city, firmly establishing their presence.
