Plains of Alar: Redfield
Kingdom of Alar with a haunting history. It was King Wardemard's personal city and has become a symbol of the cruelty and suffering inflicted upon its residents during his long and oppressive reign.
Redfield gained its ominous reputation during the rule of King Wardemard, who chose it as his favoured northern residence. Under his oppressive regime, the city witnessed years of suffering and despair. King Wardemard was known for his prolonged stays in Redfield, during which death and misery seemed to follow him wherever he went. Thousands of families endured unspeakable horrors, with children forcibly separated from their parents and subjected to the harsh and abusive service of the king and his court. Redfield became synonymous with suffering and became a place of fear for its residents.
In the aftermath of King Wardemard's reign, the survivors of Redfield chose to rename their city to Redfield as a solemn remembrance of the countless lives lost and the enduring trauma inflicted upon its people. The name change was a way to ensure that the memory of their suffering would never be forgotten.
To this day, Redfield stands as one of the staunchest supporters of the Revered Orders. The residents of Redfield, having experienced firsthand the depths of oppression under cruel royalty, believe in the importance of a dedicated step up against the monarchy such as the Revered Orders.
