The Hrag Ar'dur, a formidable and relentless group of Volkran’dir warriors, operates independently, without the official consent or authorization of the Krafter Chief, the Volkrangard, or the Clans. Their singular purpose is to wage war against the entire Volkran'dur race. They believe that the actions and violence perpetrated by the Volkran'dur are beyond tolerance and must be repaid with bloodshed. The Hrag Ar'dur holds a detestation for everything that the Volkran'dur represent - their warriors, people, and culture - and their ultimate objective is nothing short of the complete eradication of the Volkran'dur from the face of Aesor.
The name "Hrag Ar'dur" is derived from the Volkran language and, roughly translated, means "Death to the Dur," with "Dur" being a reference to the Volkran'dur.
