Gnome
Gnomes are a short race known for their keen intellect and dedication to magic and crafting. They're often secretive and quiet. Few take on public roles. Gnomes live in both cities and forests, breaking them into two distinct camps. Forest Gnomes enjoy magical creation, tinkering, and spellcrafting out in the woods and wilds. Basic Information
Biological Traits
Gnomes are short folk, with large eyes and wispy hair. Their ears are pointed though not to the degree of Elves. Gnomes are often of a darker complexion, and have a large amount of hair colour variety including dark green, deep blues, and magenta tones along with the standard human fare. Gnomish eyes are large, and often in a colour that matches their natural hair colour.

Naming Traditions
Gnomish Names have little meaning besides as a title, and are often made up by the parents as a joint effort in creativity.
History
Gnomes keep to themselves, and have rarely had a large historical significance. They are said to have helped designed siege engines to defeat the Pale Elf Empire, and are known to have been responsible for helping tame Requiems Wyverns. And though history has seen notable gnomes, the race itself seems content to be lost in the background.
