Oumgreir
Though Hastheim is the capital, Oumgreir is where most see the Hastlands. Built on the island of Skvarl, Oumgreir was constructed for one purpose: trade. Functioning as the port for the Hastlands, Oumgreir is mostly docks, taverns, and offices as various guilds and clans do business or ship their goods. It's an extremely rich city which makes use of the rest of the Hastlands industry to prop itself up and keep its kingdom connected. Oumgreir is a sprawled city of stone buildings at its center, and slit buildings connected to docks on the shores to avoid tidal flooding.
