Manifestation

The Congruency is usually only seen through climate and weather, it is what decides the season as opposed to the worlds placement and angles. but it has other effects, it is what holds the world facing the sun from one side. it is what brings unchangeable weather to places like helios and storm bluff during certain periods of time. it also determines season, natural borders, environmental ecology, and many more that those on Soluna take for granted. it does not prevent natural weather from forming, but if a special weather caused by the Congruency intersects with natural weather it will override it.
