Sors (Sores)

God of Oracles, Knowledge and Language

When the pain was released from the mortals, two great kings rose into power and raged an all out war upon the land. Bellum of the north waged war with Sors of the south.   Sors was a clever man and could always see what was coming, he would be able to interfere with his plans and plan around his attacks, but because of his enemy was also clever and gifted, the two would fight for a century.   When Vita saw the strength the two men possessed, she decided to grace the land with her presence. And then she whispered a word only the two men would understand.   Love.   Sors and Bellum embraced and ended the war deciding to join their lands in wedlock, and when Vita saw this love pure and true, she granted the men the status of God.   One of the six mortals to ever be granted the title of God, Sors is the all seeing and all knowing god of oracles, it is said that even in his mortal life he was able to predict the future. Sors is associated with knowledge and wisdom, but also warfare and is worshipped by many seers throughout Aether.

The followers of Sors are rare and often seers themselves. Although Sors doesn't have many principles, his disciples often believe that to live life, you must first open your eyes and see. Worshippers tend to be wise and intelligent, but often come with a bit of ambiguity and vagueness about them. Thus is the nature of dealing with the future.
