Ra-Solara shield

Fashioned from sturdy oak and seasoned with the passage of time, this Remembrance Shield is a humble yet heartfelt tribute left at the grave of a fallen temple priest. Carved into the wood is a simple yet poignant sunburst, symbolizing the eternal light of faith and the enduring memory of the departed.
The oak surface, weathered and resilient, has a thin layer of protective wax, applied with care, which adds a subtle sheen to the shield and protects it from the elements.
Affixed to the center of the sunburst is a small indentation, a purposeful niche designed to cradle a small gemstone – a token of luck and hope left in remembrance which is missing.
A plain leather strap, serves as a handle on the reverse side. The Remembrance Shield is not adorned with opulence, but its simplicity speaks volumes, embodying the respect and fond memories held for the departed soul.
