Galigee (Pint) Stonethrow, Meliodas (Draco) Underbrush, and the people of Valendrall construct a massive facility within the mountain directly south of Gern-Kohldur to teach magic in a safe environment.   Those who are not magically inclined can also study various other skills not rooted in the metaphysical, such as math, science, and engineering.
