Combing Creeks

The southern-most water table of rivers, creeks and streams that break through the rainforest and feed clear water and carry materials from across the sub-continent of Aethalassar into the Cimerus Sea. Running through and around the region controlled by the Tortles of Carpe Tortle, the wildlife in this region has adapted to the swampish conditions - most predators reside within the waters against unwary or foolish travellers or boat-riders. It is often pervaded by swarming mosquitoes and flies, bats and aboreal creatures like lizards, frogs and monkeys.
