Prince of Jahannam

The Prince of Jahannam rules the Principality of Jahannam.

Requirements

The Prince must be from the royal family, male, and of age.

Appointment

The title of Prince is hereditary. However, because of the ageless nature of the Irkallan Princes, succession is rare.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The Prince cannot be legally removed from power by anyone but himself.

Nobility, Hereditary

Equates to

Politically, an Irkallan Prince is technically equivalent to a King, but none of them are willing to actually take the title of King, because of the prophecy told by the last King, Agrimas.

Length of Term

Lifetime, or until abdication.
