Emperor Patrik IV

An eleven-year-old human boy. Small for his age, Patrik would have olive skin but instead has peaked and sickly complexion. His curly brown hair is rarely visible underneath the hoods and headdresses traditionally worn by the monarch.
Patrik is the Emperor of the Cytrian Empire, the thirteenth Sagan ruler, and the fourth of his name. He ascended the throne at the age of ten after his father, Otakar III, died from the "Hacking Death" in 976. Patrik's uncle, Prince Ivan of Rovasna, will rule as regent until the boy has reached adulthood at 16.
