Ailyn Levona Character in Aewyn | World Anvil

Ailyn Levona

In a garden of flowers and butterflies, where the grass is green and the morning dew gently lies on the strands, a woman takes a morning stroll. Taking this same walk each morning, hoping that one day, she might bump into the love of her life.   She had always imagined the exact moment of love at first sight, and what better place to make it happen than in the flower gardens, the most romantic place she knows!

Career and accomplishments

Ailyn had always had an obsession with love, and anything related to that, which is why most of her jobs also related to love. Her first job was at a flower shop, where she made the most beautiful bouquets for people to buy for their lovers, and she absolutely adored the job, though she only worked there for a year before moving to a new job, a wedding helper and planner; ah, all those beautiful couples, getting to marry the love of their lives, how beautiful is that!   But she wanted more than just to look at all the other happy couples... She decided to buy her own lot of land, just at the outskirts of town, where she created The Flower Gardens. She worked day and night to make the place like she had envisioned it in her dreams, and it took her months to get it just right.   She made all the swirly paths and secret hiding spots between bushes, the romantic bridge crossing the small brook, and planted all the flowers and flower bushes around the garden. The place was really coming together, and many outsiders were getting more and more interested in this new plot of land, and the transformation happening there.

    Plants and flowers

Ailyn wanted as much variety as she could get, so much that she travelled to nearby countries to find beautiful and romantic flowers she could bring with her home to her gardens. She was constantly adding new plants and flowers, "you can never have too many!", she always said. The place looked like it was taken out of a fairytale - wines, long willow trees gracing the water, roses and soft grass - the place was just perfect.

    Buisness

Though this project had initially been to have a perfect place to meet her lover, people now began to show interest in renting parts of the garden for events. And you bet Ailyn liked the idea of that! More people coming and going means a bigger chance of her meeting the love of her life!   The gardens became partly an open and public space for people to visit, and parts of it, where the scenery and flowers were extra special, events could take place.

    Did she ever find love?

Oh man, poor Ailyn had to look long and wide for her love, and she never gave up... She became kind of a celeberaty in the area, and even people from far away towns knew about her and her beautiful garden of love, but it took her many years to not be the one to look at weddings, but to have her own... Because yes, she did find love! And of course it happened in her gardens!   It is said that she wandered the garden as she always did, when she suddenly saw a beautiful woman standing close to the water looking and the ducks. She turned around as Ailyn walked past, and it was as every romantic tale had every described it, love at first sight.   The two got married a year later, and they both loved each other very much.
Even though you are a romancer and completely in love with the concept of love, you might still be able to settle down with your love, and not be in an endless search for the rest of your life. Go! Meet people! Say hello and ask them their name! Just, go and meet all the wonderful people right in front of your eyes, and you might just fall in love.. - Ailyn Levona, written on a stone in the
