Aratesi

The large capital city of Acr-Yan, Aratesi contains some of the most magically adapted mortals in Aezalia. The city not only includes the usual districts (common, royal, etc), but not far from the castle lies the country's prestigious Mage's Guild.
Once considered a safe haven, Aratesi now lies mostly in smoldering ruin, thanks to an attack by Sizohiel; the Fallen Angel many thought had died long ago, kept alive only in memory by history books. The castle and Mage's Guild remain intact, mostly from intervention by Yt-Drassil and the highest Order from the Mage's Guild.
