Whispers carries a bident that he 'traded' for at the camp before leaving Ystana, he likes having it around because it reminds him of the last few months at the camp.

Personal history

Whisper was summoned into into Ystana and was meant to help undermine the leadership of isolated towns and villages by getting close to them and having them make tyrant like decisions, then eventually killing them. Whisper however became quickly bored and tired of even the idea of doing this so he found a way to escape his summoners and roam Ystana. He eventually came across a a sort of prison camp and hung around so that he could be lazy rather than do any actual work. So he consumed the dreams of the defenseless prisoners so that he didnt have to look for people in villages or spend too much effort talking up people to get them in bed. He spent years in this camp doing as he pleased and lazing about. Eventually he started taking more notice to the dreams he was stealing, and how all of them seemed so hopeless and sad, except for one particular old woman whose dreams were hopeful. He began to consume her dreams even more, enraptured by the feeling her dreams had. One day when Whisper was going to take her dreams again, she thanked him for being with her and she passed away. Whisper was stunned, not even aware that anyone knew he was around. He lamented her death but committed himself to trying help give this feeling of hope to other mortals. So he left Ystana to find ways to help mortals.

Mental Trauma

Whisper seems to consciously ignore his past life, choosing to remember it as someone else's memories and life rather than his own.

Morality & Philosophy

Through his time in the camp he has developed a huge amount of empathy, making him caring in situations in situations where he really shouldn't be, such as showing compassion to enemies of his and his allies. He is however, not blindly compassionate and if he feels it nessccaery will fight and kill to see his own ideals through.
