Joyce Payne

Joyce is a well mannered enthusiastic woman who is the currently serving mayor of Havensbrooke. Despite there being multiple cities within Grim Soren, it has been tradition for centuries to elect the mayor of the most economically valued cities to serve as the defacto governor. Joyce is well organized and thinks quickly on her feet, but she would be lying if she said she enjoyed or sought after her position. Joyce maintains her power and the prosperity of Grim Soren by cooperating with any and all who she can lean on for expertise, or muscle. Joyce recently posted a notice for adventurers to solve problems related to a sinister new faction that has arisen in the region.
