Tobella Highwater (a.k.a. Toby)

Her name is Toby. She is from a family of horse farmers in Westspire. Vanished from her home in Westspire as a teenager, returned 18 months later to her home after training. Familiar with Eldersport, she signed up with Tortellini's soon after her return.
