The tool or utensil used as the material component in casting this becomes imbued with the innate magical power of value. For the duration, you can use your Spellcasting Ability instead of Strength for the Attack and Damage Rolls of melee attacks using the item, and you can make an attack with it using the Use an Object action rather than the Attack action. The item’s damage die is a d6 of a Damage Type appropriate for its form from either Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing.
